Went to Mr. Phix for a re-repair after I tried to replace my own broken phone screen (don't do it.). The staff was clean and professional. The atmosphere when you walk in is very modern unlike other places that look shady - so to speak. The repair was fast and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the work was guaranteed for life when I came back a few days later for another problem. I had closed my Galaxy S4 phone in my car door. I had a bent device with only 20% of my screen viewable and functioning I thought the only solution was to buy another device. Darryl was able to fix my device and is fully functional. He is very personable and proficient. The owner Ted was also present and very outgoing and professional. I called Mr Phix for repair on a Samsung GS 5. Bring it on in they said. I got there and they put it back in new condition quickly. I have used them 2 times in 6 months and the service & repair have been topnotch. You should call them for you phone repair. I highly recommend them. Very satisfied.

My husband and I needed to have our batteries replaced in our iPhone 5's. Apple told us the nearest Apple store was in Raleigh. I called Best Buy, and they could not do it. I called ATT store, and they could not do it, but they did tell me about Mr. Phix. I called and was told it could be done the same day and would only take about 20 minutes for both phones. We brought our phones in and were greeted by Darryl. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He finished replacing the batteries quickly and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Mr. Phix to anyone having problems with phones, computers, etc. My phone is working great now, and I didn't have to drive to Raleigh to get it done!

Always bring my computer/phone issues to Mr. Phix. I haven't seen anything he doesn't seem to be able to fix...from cracked screens to water damage to annoying "can't print from this computer" issues. He is polite and professional. Clean cut guy. I would recommend him for sure.

Darryl at Mr Phix helped me out when I was in a quick jam. Walked in there with a question and they greeted me with a hand shake. They even answered my question, with out trying to sell me anything. I really like that place, nice and clean, people walking around with company shirts on. I must say I will be back. I think I will buy that G3 they have.
