What Does a Lifetime Guarantee Mean?

Our Guarantee insures the we will use only Original Quality Parts on our repairs. This means we don’t buy lesser quality parts to save money we buy only original quality. Some people may not be aware that there are many quality levels when it comes to iPhone iPad and iPod and other Apple devices. The same rule applies to Samsung and LG products. 90% of all parts come from China and in China they make parts in mass. when things are produced in mass there are different levels of quality control and parts per hundred that will be defective. Original quality parts insures that the highest quality control is in place and the lowest number of defective parts will be present in inventory. Does this mean that there will never be a defective part shipped or installed from our inventory…No unfortunately it does not. Does this mean we will replace a screen if it cracks again due to accidental or improper use … no it does not… unfortunately screens when dropped do  break we are in the repair business not the insurance business. We will do our best to prevent damage with the highest quality parts and an expert installation. We also have protective equipment and  suggestions available in our shop for most models the we repair. The most effective product we offer is the tempered glass screen protector. Can my phone be fixed?

Most phones can be repaired on some rare occasions, the cost of repair would exceed the value of the phone, or would exceed the cost of replacing the phone. We stock parts for all major model iPhones and Samsung phones. We can order parts for nearly all common devices and screen replacements

How long will it take?

Repairs for devices we stock parts on will be performed same day and in most cases less then an hour. iPhone screen repairs and replacements are usually completed in under an 30 min. Repairs for parts custom ordered will be performed on the same day the part arrives.

Will it work the same after its repaired?

We only use the highest quality parts available “original quality” parts. This means they are exactly the same quality as the parts removed from your device. We inspect diagnose and replace the parts in the exact same manner they were installed. All parts we provide will have a Lifetime Guarantee. We will test the device with you before we return it in our store.
